Music Lessons

Each 30-minute lesson is designed to match you or your child’s unique learning style, musical ability, and personal goals.

Every week offers an opportunity to grow creatively, develop technique, sharpen listening skills, and explore the joy of musical expression.

TYPES OF MUSIC LESSONS…

Piano / Guitar / Ukelele / Singing

Piano Lessons

Each piano lesson balances structured learning with fun, creative activities. Students work through one or two songs from their books while developing dexterity, hand strength, and coordination at the keyboard. Ear training games, rhythm exercises, and other engaging activities help build strong technique, musicality, and confidence in their playing.

Guitar Lessons

Guitar lessons combine structured learning with music that students genuinely enjoy. Each week we work through a song from the lesson book, then explore chords from a song they love. Depending on age and level, we include strumming patterns, rhythm activities, and technical exercises like scales. Along the way, students develop finger strength, coordination, and a strong sense of rhythm, building a foundation for confident and expressive playing.

Ukelele Lessons

The ukulele is a fantastic starting instrument - simple, fun, and versatile. Lessons focus on learning chords and melodies while exploring how the ukulele can adapt to different styles of music. With strumming patterns, rhythm games, and easy-to-learn techniques, students gain confidence, develop coordination, and enjoy making music. The ukulele is also a great option for younger learners who might find the guitar more challenging.

Singing Lessons

Each singing lesson blends technique with self-expression. We begin with vocal warm-ups to build strength, control, and healthy habits, then work on one or two songs tailored to the student’s goals and interests. Lessons focus on developing pitch, tone, and breathing, while also building confidence and stage presence. At the end of each term, students can take part in recording sessions - capturing the songs they’ve worked on as a keepsake of their progress.

Music can change the world, because it can change people.
